Please join The Nonprofit Partnership and Strategy Solutions for Getting to Know the Standards for Excellence: Finance and Operations virtually on Wednesday, August 17, 2022 at 10:00 AM!

The Standards for Excellence® series provides a framework and step-by-step guidelines to achieve a well-managed and responsibly governed organization. The code builds upon the legal foundations of nonprofit management, governance, and operations and provides an outstanding “how to guide” to achieve excellence within your nonprofit.

This session will provide an overview of the Standards for Excellence® with a specific focus on Finance and Operations. Topics to be covered include:

  • Financial Budgeting, Reporting and Monitoring
  • Internal Controls and Financial Policies
  • Personnel Policies
  • Administrative Policies
  • Risk Management and Insurance

As of June 1, 2021, The Nonprofit Partnership is instituting an attendance policy for virtual programming. If you register for a free virtual program, do not attend, and do not cancel your registration at least 24 hours in advance of the program, you will be issued an invoice for $15.00.
