Please join The Nonprofit Partnership and Strategy Solutions for Getting to Know the Standards for Excellence: Legal Compliance and Ethics on Thursday, June 30, 2022 at 1:00 PM!

This event is virtual. 

The Standards for Excellence® series provides a framework and step-by-step guidelines to achieve a well-managed and responsibly governed organization. The code builds upon the legal foundations of nonprofit management, governance, and operations and provides an outstanding “how to guide” to achieve excellence within your nonprofit.

This session will provide an overview of the Standards for Excellence® with a specific focus on Legal Compliance and Ethics. Topics to be covered include:

  • Maintaining Legal Compliance
  • Required Public Disclosures
  • Reporting Misconduct and Whistleblower Protection
  • Conflicts of Interest
  • Ethics

As of June 1, 2021, The Nonprofit Partnership is instituting an attendance policy for virtual programming. If you register for a free virtual program, do not attend, and do not cancel your registration at least 24 hours in advance of the program, you will be issued an invoice for $15.00.
