Join The Nonprofit Partnership for a series geared towards development professionals in our region: The Fundraising Focus. The goal of The Fundraising Focus is to provide fundraisers with an opportunity to learn, network, and share experiences and ideas with each other. We understand that fundraisers often feel isolated and we hope that this time for discussion and fellowship will expand your skill set, as well as your network.

Whether you have years under your fundraising belt or you are new to the field, don’t miss out on The Fundraising Focus!

The Fundraising Focus: Telling Stories that Motivate and Inspire

Please join The Nonprofit Partnership and Jan Stork, Vice President of Development with Make-A-Wish® Greater PA and WV, for the next “Fundraising Focus” forum opportunity, “Telling Stories that Motivate and Inspire”, on Tuesday, July 16, 2019 from 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM.

The “elevator speech” is great and a necessary tool in your path to nonprofit success. But how do you tell stories that motivate and inspire? If your story is captivating, it could easily lead to a new donor or a second, bigger gift from a current donor.

In this interactive presentation, Jan will share her extensive experience in telling stories that will open doors, increase gifts, and leave your audience wanting more.

More about Jan:

Jan has been with Make-A-Wish® Greater PA and WV since 1997. She oversees a seven-county territory, manages volunteers, trains and oversees managers in three regional offices, advocates and educates about the organization's mission... oh, and handles all fundraising endeavors. One could say she is a busy woman! Jan brings a plethora of experience to the table as well as an engaging personality. Don't miss out on the opportunity to pick her brain!

Light lunch to be provided.

This is a members-only event. Space is limited, sign up today!

*Please note - this round-table forum is for individuals that have fundraising as a primary function of their job.
